Official Rules
St. Patrick’s Day Contest – March 2021
Please read these rules before entering the DayMet Giveaway (the “Contest”) presented by DayMet Credit Union (referred to herein as “DayMet”, “We” or “Our”). You (the participant in the Contest “You” or “Your”) agree that, by submitting an entry, You will be bound by these Official Rules and You acknowledge that You satisfy all contest eligibility requirements.
Eligibility.
No purchase necessary to enter to win. Purchase does not improve one’s chances of winning. Those who wish to enter any of the St. Patrick’s Day Contest must be a legal resident of the United States, must be at least 18 years old, and must have a valid SSN or TIN. The contest is not exclusive to DayMet members and any resident of eligible states in the United States can enter. Corporate staff employees of DayMet, volunteers, their immediate families (spouses, parents, children, siblings and their respective spouses), retailers, affiliates, licenses, advertising and promotion agencies, wholesalers, printers and other vendors are not eligible to enter the contest. The contest is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations.
Information about entrants will not be shared with third parties. Void where prohibited or restricted.
How to Enter.
No purchase is necessary to enter or to win. Purchase does not improve one’s chances of winning. To enter the contest, you
must: Complete the St. Patrick’s Day Entry Form and leave a comment on the official St. Patrick’s Day Facebook post with your “Entry Form ID” provided upon completion of the Entry Form. Participants are limited to one entry. Mass entries and reproduction of sweepstakes entries will not be accepted. All entries must be completed by 12:00pm on March 17, 2021. DayMet is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete or illegible entries or mail. The St. Patrick’s Day Facebook post will be made on DayMet’s Facebook page (www.facebook.com/DayMetCreditUnion) on Thursday, March 11, 2021.
Prizes and Drawings.
We will award one prize. The winner for each giveaway will be randomly selected from the list of all entrants after 12 p.m., ET, on March 17, 2021. The drawing will be conducted under the direction of DayMet, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating the contest. Actual odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received.
The prize will consist of a chest filled with $100 in gold dollar coins, 150 chocolate coins, and our Lucky McDayMet gnome.
The winner of the contest will be selected in a random drawing and will be announced through a post on the DayMet Facebook page. The post will instruct the winner how to claim their prize. The prize must be picked up at one of two DayMet Branches (Dayton Branch – 4988 Wagner Ford Rd, Dayton, OH 45414, Moraine Branch – 3199 South Dixie Dr, Moraine, OH 45439) by the end of business on March 26, 2021. By entering and/or accepting the prize, you are confirming that you comply with the rules of eligibility and the
liability and publicity terms enumerated herein. In the event of non-compliance of these Official Rules and Regulations, or if the prize is unclaimed, the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner determined by DayMet. A written request for the winner must be sent to DayMet Credit Union, PO Box 13087, Dayton, OH 45413 by March 31, 2021.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Additional Terms.
We may, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and in Our sole discretion, change these rules or cancel the
Contest at any time; or modify, terminate, or suspend the Contest for any reason or other causes beyond our control that corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Contest or submission of entries. We are not responsible for: (a) lost, misdirected, late, incomplete, or unintelligible entries or for inaccurate entry information; (b)
any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Contest; (c) any error in the operation or transmission, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to, or failure to receive any entry information on account of technical problems or traffic congestion. We may, in our sole discretion, disqualify any individual found to be: (i) tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest; (ii) acting in violation of these rules; or (iii) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. If Your entry is incomplete your
entry will be void. No greater than the number of prizes stated in these Official Rules will be awarded. If any technical errors occur in the selection of potential prize winner or if more prizes are claimed than the number of prizes being awarded as provided in these Official Rules, We may award the prize by random drawing from among all eligible claimants.
