Official Rules
12 Days of Christmas Promotion – December 26, 2023 – January 6, 2024
Please read these rules before entering the DayMet Giveaway (the “Contest”) presented by DayMet Credit Union (referred to herein as “DayMet”, “We” or “Our”). You (the participant in the Contest “You” or “Your”) agree that, by submitting an entry, You will be bound by these Official Rules and You acknowledge that You satisfy all contest eligibility requirements.
Eligibility.
No purchase necessary to enter to win. Purchase does not improve one’s chances of winning. Those who wish to enter any of the 12 Day of Christmas must be a legal resident of the United States, must be at least 18 years old, and must have a valid SSN or TIN. The contest is not exclusive to DayMet members and any resident of eligible states in the United States can enter. Corporate staff employees of DayMet, volunteers, their immediate families (spouses, parents, children, siblings and their respective spouses), retailers, affiliates, licenses, advertising and promotion agencies, wholesalers, printers and other vendors are not eligible to enter the contest. The contest is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations.
Information about entrants will not be shared with third parties. Void where prohibited or restricted.
How to Enter.
No purchase is necessary to enter or to win. Purchase does not improve one’s chances of winning. To enter the contest, you
must: Leave a comment on the Facebook post of the giveaway item you would like to be entered in for a chance to win. The giveaway post for each day will provide a question or prompt to guide the topic of the comment section. Participants are limited to one entry to win per day. Mass entries and reproduction of sweepstakes entries will not be accepted. All entries must be completed by 3:00pm of the day of the giveaway. DayMet is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete or illegible entries or mail. Posts will be made on DayMet’s Facebook page (www.facebook.com/DayMetCreditUnion)
during the times below. The contest posts will be made available the following days, at the following times:

Limit one entry per user for a comment on the specific contest post on Facebook. All times noted herein are Eastern Time.
Prizes and Drawings.
We will award twelve (12) total prizes. The winner for each giveaway will be randomly selected from the list of all entrants after 3 p.m., ET, on the day following the giveaway post. The drawing will be conducted under the direction of DayMet, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating the contest. Actual odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received. A total of 12 prizes will be awarded over the course of the contest. All prizes will be awarded. Each winner will be awarded one prize per day. Participants are limited to two (2) wins through the duration of the contest. The following list outlines the contest prizes and their approximate retail value:

Notification.
All winners of each contest will be selected in a random drawing and will be announced through a post on the DayMet Facebook page on the day following each giveaway. The post will instruct winners how to claim their prize. All prizes for each Facebook contest must be picked up at one of two DayMet Branches (Dayton Branch – 4988 Wagner Ford Rd, Dayton, OH 45414, Moraine Branch – 3199 South Dixie Dr, Moraine, OH 45439) by the end of business on January 12, 2024. In order to officially receive a prize, winners must provide DayMet Credit Union a valid SSN or TIN for tax purposes, address and date of birth. By entering and/or accepting the prize, you are confirming that you comply with the rules of eligibility and the
liability and publicity terms enumerated herein. In the event of non-compliance of these Official Rules and Regulations, or if the prize is unclaimed, the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner determined by DayMet. A written request for a list of winners must be sent to DayMet Credit Union, PO Box 13087, Dayton, OH 45413 by January 18, 2024.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Additional Terms.
We may, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and in Our sole discretion, change these rules or cancel the
Contest at any time; or modify, terminate, or suspend the Contest for any reason or other causes beyond our control that corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Contest or submission of entries. We are not responsible for: (a) lost, misdirected, late, incomplete, or unintelligible entries or for inaccurate entry information; (b)
any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Contest; (c) any error in the operation or transmission, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to, or failure to receive any entry information on account of technical problems or traffic congestion. We may, in our sole discretion, disqualify any individual found to be: (i) tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest; (ii) acting in violation of these rules; or (iii) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. If Your entry is incomplete your
entry will be void. No greater than the number of prizes stated in these Official Rules will be awarded. If any technical errors occur in the selection of potential prize winner or if more prizes are claimed than the number of prizes being awarded as provided in these Official Rules, We may award the prize by random drawing from among all eligible claimants.
