Annual escrow analysis reports have been mailed to you. Please be sure to review your letter.
We have seen an increase in property taxes and homeowners insurance this year. This has caused several escrow accounts to have shortages and/or an increase in the amount collected per month.
Escrow shortages are automatically split evenly over your upcoming mortgage payments. Or a deposit can be made to your escrow account to offset the amount.
If you have an ACH payment set up from another financial institution, you will need to contact us to update your monthly payment.
If your payment is set up on an auto transfer from a DayMet Credit Union account, this will automatically update.
