A. No, membership is open to the community if you live, work, attend school or worship in Montgomery, Miami, Greene or Clark counties; or if you have a family member who does.

Q. Are credit unions safe?

A. Yes, credit unions are insured by the NCUA, a federal insurance program. NCUA is not the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) used by banks. In addition to the NCUA insurance coverage, DayMet automatically provides Excess Share Insurance (ESI) coverage at no cost to members.
